I'm young advanced linux user from Slovenia. I write in English because I can't in Serbian but I can understand your language so fell free to repy in Serbian
If you are interested I am preparing new south + central european distibution based on Debian (or Debian based) with localisations for Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and maybe Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Austria, Italy.
My idea is to provide simple to using Debian power based Distro with conf. dialogs for for example internet.
In Slovenia there is national operator called SiOL and you must to configure many files to get ADSL working in all distros. If you want you can made script for your internet provider (or only informations) and we include dialogue to distribution with all copyrights

Second idea is to make links for most usefull comands with bash functions:
sudo apt-get install synaptic will be
instaliraj synapticBut in Slovenia is very small user community so we haven't enough peoples to provide 6 monthly release cycle and up to dated repository. So I decided to invite You all + Italian and Austrian developers and voulanters to the project.
Also designers are needed, but this is last thing.
