JOB SUMMARY
• Testing and implementation of integrated communication solutions for home and business users
• Configuring of skeleton ZoviMe multi compliant network and user equipment (router, Softswitch, media gateway, IP phone, Billing software)
• Installing of equipment, realization of data (Ethernet VPN, IP/MPLS VPN, Internet) and voice services (PBX trunking, IP Centrex)
• Maintenance of communication solutions (VOIP based)

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in related field or Associate's degree plus two years full-time directly related work experience, or equivalent experience.
2. One additional year of full-time, directly related work experience beyond requirement above, including experience in a 4th generation language.
3. Demonstrated skills in items four and five below may be substituted for education and experience.
4. Thorough knowledge of electronic data processing coding practices necessary for developing programs of instructions for an electronic digital computer and related peripheral equipment.
5. Ability to prepare clear, detailed, and efficient programs of computer instructions using COBOL, CICS Command Level COBOL, or other current industry standard programming languages for optimum machine utilization.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to operate mainframe electronic digital computerized systems, including operating systems and applications software such as Unix / Linux , Windows.
8. Proficiency in VSE or UNIx/AIx operating systems; PEOPLETOOLS, DELPHI, or POWERBUILDER development tools; COBOL, CICS COBOL, SQR, PEOPLE-CODE, VISUAL BASIC, C/C++, JAVA, or other industry standard Client/Server programming languages; FOCUS, CRYSTAL REPORTS, N/VISION, or similar query/report generator languages recommended.
OTHER INFORMATION
1. Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
2. Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, long days, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or to access the computer to perform program tests.
3. May move from one work location to another occasionally.
